ITS NEW AND IMPROVED!  Get Ready for a Great Summer EXPLOSION of FUN! Planned so get ready to make Clio your Destination!

Clio Family Fitness Expo - KICKOFF 2013 will be May 18th from 11:00am - 3:00pm at the Clio Area Sports Complex.  We had nearly 1000 participants last year, so join with us at this “Kick-off” event for all the festivals, concerts and fun happening in the Clio area throughout the 2013 summer.

Date: Saturday, May 18^th from 11:00am to 3:00pm.

• Location: Moved to The Clio Area Sports Complex . Creating an outdoor midway of tents and booths for sponsors, activities and food. The facility will host the Mustang Obstacle Challenge! Activity Sponsors -will provide a health, fitness or sport related activity.  Each activity sponsor will be provided a space along the midway to set up a booth, tent or if you have a mobile unit for your activity. (Tent cover is recommended in case of weather). Host your event or activity with a contest or demonstration, promote your products and services – wear your company t-shirts and bring signage, samples, coupons, and other free handouts.  Name your activity after your business. Please remember to bring your own tables and chairs – inform us if you need electricity.
• Healthy Food Sponsors – Sign up your restaurant or independent food service organization to participate in our “Food Courtyard” and provide a free sample of your favorite healthy foods. Call for details and to reserve a space for your booth or set-up.
• FREE LUNCH – Thank you to the Clio Roadhouse Bar & Grill for sponsoring our annual free community lunch!
• KIDZONE – Watch for the Rock wall, Sabertooth Tiger Slide, mechanical bull ride (3 rides for $5) and more! 
• Health Pavilion – Again, this year we will be providing health information and screenings free to the public. NOTE: In addition to providing an activity and free sample - your business is welcome to sell approved products at this event – the product must relate to our family health & fitness objective to promote our healthy community initiative.

Again this year, the headquarters will be at the Chamber/Healthy Community Office on Vienna St. in downtown Clio.  Call Janet at 686-4480 between 9:00 am and 1:00 pm Monday - Friday or call Nate on his cell anytime at 691-4801.
